The Canadian High Commission in Barbados has provided the signature grant of $40,000 for the General Arnold Brown Centre.

Although possibly the most developed nation in the Caribbean, Barbados is facing a crisis, as many of its youth "fall between the cracks", the tragic victims of drugs, violence and AIDS. Reed Street, in urban Bridgetown, is the neediest area in the city and the General Arnold Brown Centre is located strategically to meet the needs and bring hope to it's children and youth.
